Delivery Service Timetable

Momentum offers same-day delivery service in Jerusalem, provided the order is placed before twelve o’clock noon local time. If the order is placed after twelve o’clock noon, delivery will take place the following day. We offer next day delivery to all cities listed in the “Shipping method selection” dropdown. The mail courier delivery service to all other destinations in Israel (service available for chocolate boxes only), offers next day delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for the failure of the service to meet that timeframe. Orders placed after twelve o’clock noon the day before Shabbat or a Jewish festival, or on the day of Shabbat or a Jewish festival, will be delivered the day after the Shabbat or festival. Should the item not reach the stipulated address within 48 hours of order placement, we offer a complete refund of the delivery charge (unless there was a special request for a later delivery date*, or the order was placed after twelve o’clock noon the day before Shabbat or Jewish festival, or on Shabbat or a Jewish festival, and provided the address was correct and the recipient available to receive the item.)
